My son Alaka'i turns 11..yeah that's right... eleven years old in 18 days... Where did the time go?  He is still my sweet and kind boy, not yet jaded by the ways of this world.  I hope to keep him as innocent as possible for as long as possible but it's hard to do that in this day and age.   I love my son so much. I was only 19 when I had him and even though the timing and situation wasn't ideal, I wouldn't change it for anything in the world.
